Something I've noticed through life is that wounded feminine attracts a wounded masculine.

As you talk about your health problem, I must say it works the same for mental health. I was introduced to the philosophy explained there by a man who had severe childhood traumas he didn’t cure… so even thou he had fully embolyed his new identity, the fact he didn’t cure his past self would make him uncapable of realizing some basic questions about his feelings and he was « bugging » all the time when we asked him about simple questions such as judging what is a family or a couple or friendship, or a coworker even. He had totally deleted this part of internal data for he had been uncapable of understanding his damaged point of view about this subject and could’t reach it anymore which caused him a lot of social issues that would lead him to schyzophrenia. So if you are entering the process of changing your identity for better, make sure to acknowledge your past and to cure all your childhood wounds to be able to move on.

When this video appeared on my feed, I was literally laying in the same position for hours. That advice about moving, even if it's just a little bit, really hit me. I usually have this "all or nothing" mentality where if I can't do a 2 hour workout I shouldn't even bother do anything at all, and that of course makes it so most days I'm not even in the mood to do anything. On a similar note, I was wondering if you think some "stiffer" or "traditionally male" workouts like weight lifting would leave us with a more masculine energy than yoga or dancing?

The stupidity behind this statement has me shook on this generation, and im younger then her💀 so tell me how its easier for women to be friends w men rather men be friends w women? If the equation is men, and women, then the product should be the same. Switch man and woman around in her quote, itd make no difference, if its harder for a man to be friends with a woman, then it should be just as hard for a woman being friends with a man. But hey if ur delusion told you otherwise so be it🤷🏽‍♂️
